Christmas Card Competition

Cards for Bravery’s Christmas Competition encourages hospitalised and seriously ill children and young people, and their siblings, between ages 2 - 25 the chance for their design to be printed and sold as one of our yearly charity Christmas cards.

Image Requirements

  • Design should be Christmas themed

  • Design should be created and submitted on the provided template which you can download by clicking the image on the right or here

  • You can use any medium, or combination of media, such as paint, pencils, collage, digital media

  • Name should be written in the box on the template. Please only provide your first name and no other personal information

  •  AI generated designs will not be considered

Terms and Conditions

  • The competition closes on 23rd October 2026.

  • Designs should be created and submitted on the template provided. These templates can be printed and then given to patients.

  • The competition is free to enter and is open to anyone aged 2-25 who is chronically ill and/or hospitalised, and their siblings

  • All entires must be submitted by their relevant play specialist team, family member or professional.

  • Under 16's must have an individual over 18 submit the design on their behalf.

  • Entry into the competition assumes that you will be happy for us to produce and sell cards with the design on.

  • Maximum three entries per child can be submitted, but there is no limit to the number of entries per hospital and play team.

  • The winning designs will be announced on our social media and the relevant hospital play teams or family members of the patients who win will be contacted.

  • Any designs submitted may be used on our website and social media.

  • In protection of safeguarding and GDPR rules, we will be unaware of any personal details of the children who have created the designs other than their first name. This can be excluded if it is not wanted or poses a risk. The only information we will receive is that of the relevant person who have submitted the designs on the child’s behalf.
